Shipping Policy

Every KG Prints item is printed to order with care. Here’s what to expect once you place your order.

Processing Time

Orders are printed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom and bulk orders begin production after you approve your free digital proof.

Shipping Rates (United States only)

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts)
• Local Pickup: free. We’ll text you when your order is ready.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it with the carrier.
