About Us

This website is operated by KG Prints & Professional Services Inc., based in Florida.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
• Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your device and the garment.

Custom Orders & Proofs

For custom orders, we send a digital proof for your approval. Production begins only after you approve it, and you’re responsible for checking spelling, colors, sizes, and quantities. Custom and bulk orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Your Designs & Content

When you send us artwork, logos, or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We won’t print content that infringes trademarks or copyrights, or content we consider offensive, and we may decline any order at our discretion.

Our Designs

All original designs, images, and content on this website belong to KG Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without our written permission.

Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KG Prints is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
